All goods remain the property of ProPPG Ltd until paid for in full.  All orders must be paid for before dispatch.

We will attempt to ship your order within 4 business days and we will normally send your order within 2 days.  If you require your order urgently, please contact us and we will do everything that we reasonably can to supply as soon as possible. Postage for returns must be paid by the customer. By accepting the goods, you are accepting and agreeing to these terms and conditions.  If you do not agree to be bound by these terms then please return the goods immediately and unopened for a full refund.

We are able to ship to Europe.  When you are on the checkout page you will insert your address and Country of delivery.  The postage charge will then be displayed to you.  I use a Tracked Service so you can always check to see where your package is.  Note:  Import taxes and charges will be due on your package and you will be responsible for paying the charges.

You will be responsible for these charges.

Goods that are unsuitable for any reason must be returned in unused condition and with all packaging, parts and manuals within 30 days of the date of dispatch to qualify for a refund or replacement.  ProPPG Ltd reserves the right to issue a credit note for goods returned after 30 days. We will not accept return of goods after 90 days unless due to exceptional circumstances.

ProPPG Ltd will not breach the confidence of any customer.  We only keep  the details you supply to us to enable us to fulfil the tasks you have asked of us and use your data to process your orders and occasionally send information that we think might be of interest.  We will never disclose or pass on, in any way, your information to third parties.

Information collection and use

We are committed to protecting your privacy.  We use the information we collect about you to process orders.  We will share the data we collect with our Merchant Services suppliers solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.  During the registration or ordering process we collect some or all of the following information:  your name and address, your telephone number(s) to enable us to contact you about your orders, your email address.  For debit/credit card and PayPal purchases your card details are held by our Merchant Services and not by us.

We will confirm your personal details on our acknowledgement of order.  If you have registered you may check, amend or remove your personal details by logging in to your account.  If you have not registered you may check, amend or remove your personal details by contacting us via the ‘contact us’ page.  By registering or ordering through our website you consent to the collection and processing of your personal details by us.
